Who We are
Covenant of Grace Church began on May 19, 2003, in the home of Edward and Nancy Khaoya at Miti Moja. What started as a small fellowship with their two daughters quickly grew through active mission work in high schools, colleges, and universities. The church attracted its first members beyond the family; four students from Matisi High School and moved to a small space in Namuleyi House, Matisi. As the church grew, it relocated several times, including to Matisi Corner in 2006, and Forkland in 2009. In 2016, the congregation was too large, hence a new branch was opened in Namanjalala called Covenant of Grace House of Hope Church and the Forkland church was renamed to Covenant of Grace City of Refuge. With time, the ministry expanded its reach. Today, Covenant of Grace has planted 19 churches across Kenya, including in Kapomboi, Shilo Vineyard, Lukhuna, Busia, Bwala, Misikhu, Ndivisi, Kolongolo, and Birunda.

Women's Ministry
Empowering women to grow spiritually, walk in virtue, and support one another in faith.
"Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised." — Proverbs 31:30
Men's Ministry
Strengthening men to be courageous and steadfast leaders in their homes and communities.
"Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong." — 1 Corinthians 16:13
Children's Ministry
Planting seeds of faith in the hearts of children, nurturing them in God's truth.
"Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it." — Proverbs 22:6
Youth Ministry
Equipping young people to lead by example, grow in godliness, and make an impact through love and faith.
"Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers..." — 1 Timothy 4:12
Praise and Worship Ministry
Leading the congregation in heartfelt worship, lifting up joyful songs to glorify God.
"Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation." — Psalm 95:1-2
Outreach Ministry
Extending Christ's compassion to the marginalized by feeding the hungry, visiting the sick and imprisoned, and caring for the vulnerable.
"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat..." — Matthew 25:35-36
Intercessory Ministry
Standing in prayer and supplication, creating a space for healing, peace, and spiritual breakthrough.
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation... present your requests to God." — Philippians 4:6-7
